Waterbirth is an amazing and peaceful way to bring a baby from your body! The warmth of the water, first, helps to lessen the pain of contractions, making for a much more comfortable birth experience. Secondly, as the baby is being pushed out, the water makes the transition from the mother’s womb to the outside world, much easier on the baby.
